Blackberry Winter Dirt

Not exactly warm but not cold either -- still required two shirts, one with long sleeves. But a nice evening ride in the opposite of the usual direction, which led us to wonder if we'd arrive back home before we started (Narrator: uh, no, stupid old men) because of the disruption to the time-space continuum...

Slooooowly getting into shape tho not losing any weight :-(. Tried to connect the old unofficial trail(s) east of Rock Creek but were thwarted by overgrowth and apparent disuse. w/Dan

    Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices

  • TCX Course

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
