When one of our support agents request that you send in your debugging logs, follow these simple steps:
iPhone
- Tap MORE or the Cog icon (upper left)
- Settings…
- Send Logs
- You’ll see a small bubble indicating “Sending Logs”
- When finished, you’ll see another bubble “Upload Complete”
- Your logs will then be sent to us.
Android
