When one of our support agents request that you send in your debugging logs, follow these simple steps:

iPhone

  1. Tap MORE or the Cog icon (upper left)
  2. Settings…
  3. Send Logs
  4. You’ll see a small bubble indicating “Sending Logs”
  5. When finished, you’ll see another bubble “Upload Complete”
  6. Your logs will then be sent to us.

Android
