should have stayed at work another 30 minutes, and just left at normal time. tornado watches around 3:30 or so and they were not offering to let any of us go, then decided yes we could go early but it was heading right for us. I looked at the radar and thought I had plenty of time but it came on so fast. it was barely drizzling when I left and by the time I got to the Paschall tunnel it was pouring. wind was blowing good too. at the bridge it was blowing real bad and as I turned to Aberdeen Pkwy I saw a dead limb fall right in front of me and I was freaking out a little bit about a tree falling on me. thankfully there was no traffic so I rode down the middle of the road and cranked my neck to watch for a falling tree or limb. I reached the school and since it didn't look like the wind was really that bad up ahead pedaled the rest of the way home, to sirens heading to the nursing home. just crossed in front of the fire truck into the back yard.
