Orange Rollers - 48x15' these have a lot more rolling resistance than the Red Rollers. This makes them better for training as you can hit higher power levels than on the Red Rollers. Red Rollers v good for pure cadence work and easy recovery. Included 4 x 30sec Seated Risers and managed to get into the 150+ RPM range which is very pleasing. Told my body to relax in the last 10 sec of each set of risers and that avoided bouncing at the very high RPMs. V happy.
