slog slog slog.
I did update 2 more power meters.
The updated ones show their serial number in the device name, which is nice.
Android update is so much slower than from iOS.
The stops at the beginning were me fighting with the Wahoo app to figure out which power meter was the right one to connect, and then crashing because Wahoo crashes if you pull up a power meter with old firmware.
Also, it sends you to the app store rather than just opening the firmware update tool. Also, it will prompt you several times. Also, the crash is totally not their fault, nor is dropping Garmin support. Really, Garmin is not their competitor.
Garmin is in a class of their own. Yes, they're jackasses, but they own the market. You either support them, or you fall behind and are not a competitor. The only reason Polar still exists is because a few brands of fitness equipment still support them.
Wahoo does not have that legacy support base. They have a nice power trainer, and a couple of nice sensors. The head unit is competitive with Garmins from 5 years ago at best, and there are no Wahoo watches.
All it will take is Garmin adding BTLE, and store foreward to their sensors, and they will wipe out Wahoo and Polar. It would be nice if their everyday watches in the current generation would connect to ANT fitness equipment like a Stages/MPower or Schwinn bike.

Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.
