A warm and breezy day, ideal weather (perhaps except for the wind) for a ride on lovely roads through beautiful countryside. We started through a North Reading neighborhood of winding streets and large houses. Then on to Harold Parker forest, where the photo was taken. Meandering over almost deserted roads past horse farms we came to "Main Street", which was anything but. Continuing we traversed the aptly named Brook Street (the brook seems to run over it) where we found a snake also trying to cross the road. Our return took us back through a different part Harold Parker forest. Lunch at Ryer's Store was appreciated by all who partook of their delicious sandwiches.
