Lors de cette séance, vous débuterez par :
20 minutes d'échauffement en courant à 70% FCM.
Puis, vous effectuerez 10 fois :
45 secondes courues trés vite à environ 95 % FCM suivies d'1 minute 15 secondes de récupération trottinées à 70% FCM.
Enfin, vous terminerez par 10 minutes à 70% de FCM .
Cette séance durera 50 minutes.
Début à 10 km/h, accélération à 11 km/h. Côte à 0,5% tout le long, puis augmentation à 2% pour le fractionné. Voyant que le cardio peinait à monter, augmentation à 3% puis 3,5%. Séance toujours difficile (qui aime le fractionné :) ?). Variation de vitesse : 14 km/h - 8,5km/h.
Redescente du cardio à 132, 1 minute après la fin des séries. Fin de séance tranquille à 8,5 km/h puis 9,5 km/h. Fin à 9,2 km/h. J'ai été un peu en deçà de la fréquence cardiaque demandée (90% au lieu de 95%) mais je pense que la séance a quand même été bonne...

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
