After getting the fit adjustment, what felt good on the trainer, didn't feel as good when I was riding. And today, it felt no different. It didn't feel as easy to spin the pedals as it did before.
I wanted to give it a chance but I was also thinking I'd probably lower the saddle again.
Then I went up OLH. I've done it several weeks in a row and every time, I've been about 2 1/2 minutes slower than my PR. Today, I was staying ahead of it and gaining as I went up.
I guess the saddle adjustment, despite feeling worse, is actually better because I got a new FTP and I was 41s faster than my old PR.
My legs were tired by the end of the ride but they didn't feel crampy like they did before. And my bottom bracket was making quite the racket which might have been the cause of less efficient spinning. The pedaling effort did seem to feel better at the end of the ride. So far so good.
The weather started off cloudy but midway, the sun came out and it was nice and warm.

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
