Paul Douglas Preserve MTB Ride 9-23-23

Fuel EX 9.8. Cool - mid 60's at 8 am roll time, mostly sunny, humid and South winds not really a factor. Even day ride so first 10 miles was on the East side trails. After the rains this week, trails were a bit greasy and it made for slow going around many of the corners. Not really muddy but lots of crap stuck to the tires

I saw several bikers and a few hikers. This is a bit unusual but PDW was closed all week so a lot of people came out to ride today. I did not go out to lunch, chose to bring a light snack lunch with me. Didn't see a single deer today which is also unusual.
