#04877 Burden Hill

I got to be the first to ride my newly RUSA-approved permanent route.
Mostly quiet country roads passing thru some small towns on a sunny Sunday with feels-like temps 38-62F and WNW winds only 2-3 mph.
When it warmed up, I got to utilize my PI windbreaker's feature, where the whole thing stuffs into the inside-out rear pocket, zips shut, and the sewn-in velcro strap loops the bundle onto my arm for easy carrying.

Saw osage oranges along the shoulder, and scared up some vultures feeding off deer by the side of the road.

Had a strong urge at the end, so I rang the nearby Bell, used the facility and got a burrito too.

Solo, on the Spesh Roubaix.

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
