Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Today was warmer than the previous ride. I got out before 1pm. I wore the standard warm weather kit. My legs felt a bit sluggish to start. It took a while to get them warmed up. But they felt better as the ride progressed. I think I should mention that dad had to go to the hospital today for observation. His HR has been too low. I found this out after I got back. So, I wasn't preoccupied with it on my ride. I'm here, at home, to go to the hospital in Bakersfield contingent on the developments over the next few hours. I felt better in concentration today. Overall it was a good ride. I didn't exactly feel lively, but not sluggish either. Being that the weather was warm, I felt exhaustion more than the cooler days. There were some sections in the ride where I had to slow down to recover and then lift the pace back up. Ailments consisted of some right calf soreness that lingered for a minute or two. Balance felt a bit off today in the left leg. Not sure if I should adjust the left cleat? Gear is working great. Other notes, I saw 1 cyclist and a runner.
