Trek Farley 9.6. Cloudy, cold - hovered around 30 degrees, NW winds @ 8-10 mph, only saving grace was low humidity. I was comfortable, dressed just right and wore my Wolvhammer boots. I also put on the new 45NRTH Cobrafist Pogies - new and improved version much easier to install and take off. Room inside for stuffing the cable slit closed and I could even throw a couple of hand warmers in each side if need be - I'll bring some tomorrow to Atwood.
Good riding conditions even with the headwind all the way out West and trail was dry for a change with no wet spots. I had a good pace and noticed the difference with the shorter cranks installed (Stock 175mm down to 170mm). I'm going to raise the seatpost 3/8-1/2" as well. I also need to move the dropper post lever as it hits my thumb with the pogies on.
Saw quite a few hikers and runners out, 3 cyclists and even a guy on a unicycle. Went off trail at Wasco Campton Park and a couple of woodland trails off the paved section between Brown Rd and Lily Lake.
