VENI VIDI VICI IN VERULAMIUM

In AD 60 Boudica's Celtic army attacked and attempted to sack this Roman town. In AD 2017 the Uxbridge Loiterers Sunday long ride crew returned to finish the job.
My barbarian hoard were:
Jim Swan Dave Brown Stephen Ingall John MacMillan and Alan Potter.
After much feasting and quaffing of coffee at Watford Morrisons we headed off cross country to the ancient Roman town of Verulamium aka St Albans.
We easily breached the Roman walls at the London Gate and headed straight for the heart of the city (Wetherspoons). Here there was more feasting to celebrate our victory.
We returned via Bedmond and Kings Langley pausing briefly to do a bit of pillaging, set fire to a few farmsteads on the way and for Alan to ravish a few sheep.
Last stop Rickmansworth.
I thank my fellow warriors for a successful raid.

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
