大欖環塘、伯公坳、荔枝園

這個星期日的天氣預測是大雨和雷暴，趁著好天，約得輝哥踩車。

原計劃是環全塘，但係踩到吉慶橋小休時，輝哥提議不要繼續環塘，改踩伯公坳落荔枝園。

自前年肩膊脫臼復出後，曾踩過幾次林道往伯公坳這段山徑，每一次都踩得很差（以前是不錯的），今次竟然跌落傍邊山坑，幸為小樹阻擋，不至跌落太深，也沒什麼大傷；但頭下腳上，又沒借力處，幾番爭扎才能調頭，又幾番爭扎才能爬上路面。

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
