KX Lowland Double

Rode w Bob and we had early start due to my Sciatica and Bob's tweaked back. The weather was as cool for this ride as I ever seen w temps in morning at 56 w some winds. The afternoon temps on Knoxville Rd got into mid 80's w some wind. I had major cramping problems on KX Rd where I had to get off bike at least 6x. Hotshot didn't help as I was out of shape due to my sciatica I told bob I'll meet him at ws but I took so long that he went to lunch.. David, Nancy Byron, Stan and Craig also did the ride and saw them at various times. Legs recovered 2'nd half where bob did some long pulls, that I'm grateful. Finish at 9:14 pm which was a relief as eta was 10 or later due to my slowness. Overall I'm really satisfied on my performance as I overachieved based on my sciatica and how little I trained as I finished strong,

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
