03-03-11 5 AM ride

Matt didn't sleep well last night so he dropped out. I got to Starbucks at 5:25 and no one was there. Diane showed at 5:30, then Loren, then Alberto. On the way we picked up Sergio and Jennifer. Diane had a plan to do 2 x 20 intervals, but about 10 min into the first she pulled off with a sore hamstring. Sergio took the lead and we continued on. Instead of a 2nd 20 min interval we only did 10. I stayed in front for about 6 min but pulled back in when the HR hit 90%. I did well on the hills though. Sergio, Jennifer, and Diane pulled out at 6:45 and I continued and found Alberto and Loren. We continued on and went back to Starbucks.

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail).
