Lors de cette séance, vous débuterez par 25 min d'échauffement en courant à 70% FCM.
Puis, vous effectuerez:
10 fois: 30 sec courues vite à 90 % FCM + 30 sec de récup trottinées à 70% FCM.
Enfin, vous courrez 15 min à 70% de FCM.
FCR : 43. Pente à 1% tout le long. Petite expérience ce matin :). Vitesse de croisière à 11 km/h au lieu de 10. Bon le cardio a dépassé la limite (fixée pour la FC2 à 132) je m'en doutais mais je tiens à faire de cette vitesse ma nouvelle allure de croisière :). Donc aujourd'hui pic à 142 BPM. Je suis curieux de voir si cette fréquence va baisser et quand :)... Séance facile, sauf les 2 dernières fractions qui ont demandées un peu plus d'effort de ma part :). La partie fractionnée alternait des pointes à 14 km/h et 10 km/h en récup. Les 15 dernières minutes ont été effectué à 10 km/h.

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
