Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

I love my trike! That said, there are two significant things where it could be greatly improved: 1) Weight - Reduce the weight by 25 lbs or so; and 2) add a differential - two wheel drive is needed for dirt roads and for really steep hills.
I headed out this morning to loosen up my legs in preparation for the Friday-Saturday campout ride. I haven't ridden this week so I needed to loosen up my legs. I also needed to just loosen them up and not strain them where they would be tired tomorrow. As I was riding east on Speedway, I decided to turn up a dirt road and explore. I also wanted to be taking photos.
I really enjoyed the meandering on the dirt roads. If it weren't for the time constraints I had, I might have chosen to meander the dirt roads for another 30 minutes.
I also decided to go out on Broadway since I haven't ridden to the end of Broadway before. I am glad I did as the east end of Broadway boarders Saguaro National Park East and the vegetation and views are wonderful. I took a few photos which I hope turn out well.
These are the types of rides that are pure enjoyment. I was not looking for exercise or to see what my average speed would be, I was just out enjoying the scenery and looking for photo opportunities. I often hesitate to stop to take photos because it will mess with my exercise. I enjoy these rides where that doesn't factor in.
