Levi Leipheimer's Medio Fondo

We had a great day riding and hanging with friends and family. The Levi's Gran Fondo event involves 7500 riders and many more folk who just come out for the party. The ride begins in west Santa Rosa and heads out through Occidental and Monte Rio. From there, the Medio route follows the Russian River down toward its mouth. From near the coast, I chose the Willow Creek option, which climbs up out of the Willow Creek watershed on a smooth, narrow dirt road. After mile 38 or so, it's mostly downhill back to festivities in Santa Rosa.

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
