FCR : 48. Bouffe chez Hélène et Yann, hier soir (3 verres de vin, d'où le cardio haut). Super repas (gargantuesque :)) donc parti a jeun ce matin (j'avais fait des réserves la veille :)). Juste un verre d'eau avant le départ et mes 2 gourdes pour la séance. 4°c mais "sec", supers sensations rythme soutenu assez rapidement. Petite pensée pour Shannon qui fait son premier marathon à Chicago aujourd'hui ;).

10 premiers kilomètres à 11,2 km/h de moyenne, arrêt "ravitaillement" : un peu de marche (350 mètres), une barre de céréales (super bonne : Isostar Cereal max energy), un Isostar Long distance (Red fruits flavour) et de l'eau. Départ pour les 10 derniers kilomètres, bon rythme dès le début quelques coups de mou où j'ai récupéré en me calant à environ 11,2 km/h de moyenne et un cardio toujours bien maîtrisé (1 pointe à 154) :). Très bonne séance, celle de demain va sans doute être plus compliqué :)...

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
