1 minute courue vite à environ 85 % FCM suivie d'1 minute de récupération trottinée autour de 70% FCM.
Puis, vous finirez en courant 10 minutes à environ 70% de FCM suivies de 2 minutes de marche tranquille.
FCR : 42. Pente à 1% tout le long. Vitesse de croisière à 10,5 km/h. Cardio légèrement trop haut à la fin des 20 minutes (136 BPM) mais séance facile et très agréable. Pour monter à 85% FCM j'ai réglé la vitesse à 12 km/h. Les premières fractions le cardio est monté un peu vite à mon goût, donc j'ai fait attention à ma foulée et pour les fractions rapides suivantes ça s'est ressentit sur le cardio :) ! Pointe à 148, cool :) !!

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
