Lors de cette séance, vous commencerez par :
20 minutes de course autour de 70% FCM,
puis vous ferez 2 fois :
15 minutes courues autour de 80% FCM + 5 minutes autour de 70% FCM.
FCR : 39. Pente à 1%. J'ai réussi LA séance parfaite :). Les 10 premières minutes à 10 km/h les 10 suivantes à 10, 5 km/h pour faire monter le cardio. Puis 11,5 km/h pour la partie à 80% FCM. Très bonnes sensations. Bon contrôle du cardio. Pour la récup, j'ai couru les 2 premières minutes à 8 km/h pour faire redescendre le cardio (jusqu'à 124). puis les 3 dernières à 10 km/h. Deuxième quart d'heure rapide bien maîtrisé (cardio et foulée) :) même protocole que la première fois : 2 premières minutes à 8 km/h pour faire redescendre le cardio et les 3 dernières à 10 km/h. Super séance :) !!

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
