FCR : 43. Sortie longue avec Mika :) !! Pour la première fois j'ai, grâce à Mika, réussi à faire presque tout ma séance en EF. Belle expérience mais que c'est dur de se refréner , de courir en dehors de sa fréquence de foulées habituelle et au niveau musculaire ! Parti sous une belle averse et 4 petit degrés. Mika m'a impressionné car il s'était "conditionné" à faire cette sortie longue et j'ai bien senti que rien ne l'aurai empêché d'aller au bout de son challenge :) ! A la clé son record de distance :) !! Bravo Mika !
A la fin du parcours on a partagé ~4 km avec un nouveau petit camarade de jeu (d'origine italienne) dont j'ai bêtement oublié de demander le nom et un moyen de le contacter... Marathonien convaincu (plus de 20 à son tableau de chasse), très sympa il nous a quitté juste avant notre arrivé sur la Ferté-Milon. Fin difficile pour Mika et moi, les jambes étaient lourdes et douloureuses mais on est allé au bout :)...

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
