田中馬後,休了整整二天,大腿抽筋痛的地方,也ok了,現在身體的代謝與恢復力變的很差…記得以前騎上武嶺也是抽筋,但回到家都覺得好的差不多了呀~ 真有差那麼多嗎??我也很納悶!! 話說昨天晚上小圓賴我要不要騎大腳丫…我是跟他說起得來就去,結果…事實證明…有,我的靈魂起來了,但身體起不來…關掉鬧鐘繼續爬枕頭山,哈哈^^下午剛好有要去台中出差,就順便騎車去…慢慢騎,忘了戴心率計評估,但感覺得到還不錯,田中馬消耗的體能應該回來了~ 騎車還是很讚的~ 至於我的下一馬,老樣子…不急…家庭工作興趣之間平衡好,也或許還是一樣明年的田中馬…哈哈哈^^

Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
