Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

I decided to put in one more in-door training session before continuing out-doors. There were two parts to this workout. The tech configuration and the ride itself. As for the ride, I felt good. The lungs felt healthy and legs were responsive enough. I was doing intervals, starting with a 5 minute warmup. For the interval, I would put in 4.5 to 5 WPKg for about 30 seconds or landmarks. My HR would climb above 145BPM on most of the efforts. I don't remember how many I did, but I put in as much as I could for the 30 minute workout. Again, legs and lungs felt good. Minimal signs of the cold (illness). As for the tech part, I'm trying to figure out why the TV display goes black, intermittently. I put Zwift in windowed mode to see if the whole TV blanks, or just the game. It turns out that the entire tv goes blank. After a while, the TV lost the signal and stayed that way. I was able to reset it by changing the input with the remote. That's a remedy, and not a fix. I've sent an email to the folks at Zwift for help. So, either it's the PC, the TV, or the game. Or a combination of the three. Perhaps the cable, but not likely as I used another high speed cable for trouble-shooting purposes. More investigating later.
Other notes, I took some screen captures. Perhaps post them on Cyclechat.net.
