Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Went riding with Roger in the afternoon. The weather was cold. I wore full gear, but it wasn't necessary. I wore my wind breaker and took it off for the trip back. I was about to decide not to go for a ride but decided to go at the last minute. I felt ok until the return trip. Almost immediate after the turn around, when I removed my jacket, I felt qweezie, almost nautious. I felt this way most of the way up the mountain. I feel ok now (a few hours later). My bike didn't make any clicking noises when going out of the saddle. I tightened the stem on the previous ride. I think that did the trick. My body was responding well, we kept a nice solid tempo. It felt like a vigorous workout which is what I needed. When I was going down Woodford-Teh road on the downhill I could feel my right upper calf just barely cramping. I was able to prevent it from getting worse by slightly reducing my effort.
