Today didn't turn out as I was planning. I felt terrible when I got up. Before I went to bed I tripped falling towards the wall so I raised my elbow to stop my fall as it did but it kind of caused pain in my shoulder (my injured side). I had a hard time moving arm but gave it little thought. When I finally decided to get up I reached out to get something; I then quickly felt the sharp stabbing pain shooting out of the shoulder. I quickly was reminded of the mishap. So I babied it the rest of the day and evening. getting dressed for the ride took a little more effort. I had to be a little more attentive to the weight I put on that side and a few of the little bumps was smart on the shoulder. I hope it feels better tomorrow and I will put it through more movements which I hope relieves some of the tension and pain in the shoulder joint. The short ride was refreshing and enjoyable.

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
