Bon ok la vitesse moyenne peut paraître faible (et elle l'est :)) mais j'ai/on (a) tout donné :)... Trail très difficile ça n'arrête pas de monter donc très peu de répits... Quand ça descendait c'était sur de courtes distances très abruptes. Les pompes (NB 890 v3) étaient un peu légères dans les descentes sinon elles ont très bien fait le job :). Agréablement surpris.
Gros moments difficiles à 4-5 km de la fin. Complètement cuit, plus de jambes, plus de relances, plus de jus :). Vidés... Et puis l'émulation a reprit le dessus et on a trouvé un deuxième souffle :). L'arôme de l'écurie nous a permis de finir dignement :)
Vrai distance et vrai temps (sans la pause automatique) 16,8 km, 2:10:47.
Classement 239ème sur 330 participants (315 finishers).
Christophe et moi nous étions fixé 2 objectifs : finir en moins de 2h15 et ensemble. Donc objectifs parfaitement rempli :) !! Supers moments de partage sportif et d'émotions.

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
