Dedicated to Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) Special Agent De’Greaun "Dee" Frazier, who was shot and killed in the line of duty during an undercover drug operation in Jackson, Tennessee on August 9, 2016. ⁠/⁠

TBI honored his sacrifice by ensuring those most important to him were taken care of by creating a fundraiser based around this workout - starting with over 2 dozen boxes in Tennessee hosting the workout on August 27, 2016 - collecting entrance fees from participants to support Frazier’s wife and children.⁠

We first found this Hero WOD posted by CrossFit Jackson @crossfitjackson (Jackson, TN) in 2016. The post said: "We, in partnership with the TBI and several other CrossFit gyms across the state, will be completing a fundraiser WOD today in memory of SA Frazier. He was killed in the line of duty on August 9th here in Jackson."⁠

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
