Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

It's getting warm. Almost time to wear arm coolers. I was planning on doing the tripple, Keene + Alpine + SS. But decided to skip Keene. I'm glad I did because it was difficult enough with the heat. The legs felt pretty good from the start. I made it to the end of OTR in good average time. Banducci wall went quick. I was maxed out, over the top. Alpine Forest was hot. But I was able to hold a good tempo. The legs felt responsive. After reaching the Banducci summit, I took a few moments rest and then headed downhill. The trek to SS was uneventful. Mostly moderate tempo, negotiating traffic. I had fun on the descent into town. I calculated I was about 2 minutes off a fast pace. Pretty good all things considered. I made my way through SS and headed back. Again, mitigating traffic and moderate tempo to Pelliser. The trek through the farmlands was mostly moderate tempo, increasing hear and there. My legs were a bit heavy on the last climb. I kept the tempo steady. Letting my climbing legs settle in. No heroics over the top. After reaching the summit, I pulled over to swap out camera batteries. I headed back. No more stoppages. Route 202 was more relaxing as there was minimal traffic negotiation. From there it was fun and games on the descent. Mariposa was heavy on the legs. Concentration was good. Some wind talkers on the Banducci descent. Nothing I couldn't handle. Balance and form felt good. Ailments, right hand numbness, some quad soreness in the last 30 minutes of the ride. The usual exhaustion from the heat. Gear is working well. Other notes, no other cyclists. I saw 2 or 3 deer as I was making my way to OTR on Country Club.
