Encanto Park to Seal Beach, Long Beach and back via LA River and Rio Hondo Bike Trails

Encanto Park in Duarte, CA, to Seal Beach via the San Gabriel River Bike Trail; brunch at River's End Cafe; and then to Long Beach via the boardwalk. Up the LA River and Rio Hondo Bike Trails to its terminus, and the rest of the way back to Encanto Park via local streets. Rode with Chuck and Ted. Ted was strong at the start, but faded badly on the way back. Headwinds on the way down, and even stronger winds on the way back made the ride more challenging.
