I was hoping for the best today that I didn't get dropped as my legs were flat and tired. The B+ and A group were going to ride together for a while but the B+ took off without us. So that meant it was balls to the pedal to catch them. Well as luck would have it I forgot to set up my Garmin for my race bike so the cadence and speedometer would not register and if there are other ant+ around it will pick up there signal so I needed to be way back to get it to register just mine. This however caused me to almost get dropped, I was over 150 yards behind and working as hard as I could to bridge the gap. My legs were on fire as well as my lungs. I feared getting dropped but not at the beginning of the ride. Well it tool me 5 miles to finally bridge up and that was because they caught up with the B+ group. We rode with them for a little while just long enough for me to recover. We hit the first hill and it was attack time. I jumped when the Gary and Tank attacked I was a little late and back when they attacked so I had to make up some distance which I did. I thought we would regroup but we just kept hammering all the way to the rest stop some 20 miles away. I was hurting big time but I needed to stay relaxed so that I wouldn't tie up. The second half of the ride we had 7 or 8 riders break off from the main group, We hammered hard and dropped a few right off the jump. The rest of the riders stuck it together as we hammered down the roads, the guys were all strong today and I didn't get dropped. I actually surprised myself as strong as I was riding considering.

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.
