今天沒啥事,原本想說騎騎鳳山寺,又擔心下雨,跑步游泳雖然單調點,但若以熱量消耗角度來講,跑步所花的時間還是比單車少一點~ 而剛好昨晚看到大冬瓜有約友誼跑,時間也可以,就來參加~ 開跑後,夭壽喔~前面領跑的竟4分整速度,跟不上,看了步頻都接近186好像狀況還可以,2k後跟上弟帶領的五人團,大約又跟了1k,卻一不小心掉了,折返點喝了二杯水,再慢慢追上也開掉的協承,順順回終點,在沒啥練跑下,高手也都沒來或手下留情,好像排在第四的樣子,哈…也不賴啦! 今天10k全跑在LT值,好久沒這樣,應該沒減到啥脂肪~唉!

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.
