Les supers mercredi JZQC, catégorie D (60minutes): 43,7 km, 60m + 13m38s, élévation: 67m, 606 cal, pmo: 143; pma: 648; bpmmo: 115; bpmma: 156. 2m28s de réchauffement (avant Zwift) + 13m38s de recupération (dans Zwift) + 1m07s (hors Zwift). J'ai dû faire un sprint au début pour recoller au peloton. Mon ordi ne voulait pas partir Zwift correctement. Quand j'ai enfin été en mesure de démarrer l'application et que j'ai rejoint l'évènement, même si je pédalais, le jeux ne m'a pas fait avancer immédiatement et j'ai donc pris autour de 150 m de retard. J'ai apperçu Carole plein de fois et sa position était souvant plus stable! Une belle amélioration. J'ai fait un super sprint à la fin, démarré juste au bon moment (genre dans le 20 dernières secondes) et je crois avoir été en mesure d'arriver le premier. Carole et moi avons jasé un certain moment après l'activité, comme toujours, dans la bonne humeur et la rigolade. VO2max: 50 (Il baisse depuis le 20/02!??). Passé au niveau 12.

Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
