Les supers mercredi JZQc, catégorie C (60minutes): 40,3 km, 60m + 3m10s, élévation: 62m, 733 cal, pmo: 187; pma: 654; bpmmo: 125; bpmma: 161. 2m13s de réchauffement (avant Zwift) + 9m48s (dans Zwift) + 2m55s de recupération (dans Zwift) + 12m52s (hors Zwift). Deuxième expérience de Carole dans le C. J'ai apperçu Carole plein de fois et elle est allée très souvent à l'avant du peloton! C'est encore une belle amélioration. De mon côté, j'étais très en forme, je me suis tenu pas mal à la tête du peloton sans difficultés (ma récup était total selon ma montre Garmin). J'ai parfaitement réussi mon sprint à la fin, démarré juste au bon moment (genre dans les 15 dernières secondes) et je crois bien être arrivé le premiers après avoir dépassé les deux en avant de moi (dans les 3-4 dernières secondes!). Carole et moi avons jasé un certain moment après l'activité. Bonne humeur, rigolade et en plus discussion plus engagée sur l'amour et la liberté. J'ai abordé le sujet en lui parlant du livre de C Portelance. C'est extrêmement agréable et encouragant car Carole écoute bien et est ouverte au dialogue!! Elle exprime son opinion, ce qui démontre qu'elle à confiance que je vais la recevoir sans jugement et avec ouverture. VO2max: 53 (incroyable!!).

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
