Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

I went for a ride today with Roger in the late afternoon. The weather was warm and humid. The sun was mostly obscured by the clouds. I felt pretty good today. I noticed that I was able to get my heartrate higher than usual. The only thing that changed since the last few weeks were my meds. I'm no longer taking clonapin and welbutrin. I feel like I have more high end power than before. It feels like those days where I skipped my meds. Will have to see how I feel on the next ride. I had no discomforts other than the feeling of fatigue from making a good effort. My bike continues to work well, will have to oil the chain. I called about my mountain bike and the guy said there wasn't anything wrong with the frame from what they can tell. So I'm going to buy the minimal compontents to get the bike in good working order. I've decided to go with Shimano Deore XT but will have to ask if it will be compatible with what I have on now (2001, XTR).
