Been a few weeks since I've been out on the bike, and I should have done a shorter route. Fell off due to Icy Road and took a bad fall, the result of which is a hip and shoulder with a lot of pain, appeared to have damaged my Power Meter as a result of the fall and the reason the GPS track is screwed up is as a result of me playing around on the bike trying to fix it. Also "buckled" my rear wheel a bit, and that now need to be "true'd" up properly. And with about 10 miles or so to go on the route home, I totally "bonked" and ended up just cruising, a result of a lack of consistent training over the last few weeks, early morning ride with no food, and the fall didn't help either having pain in the hip and shoulder!
Once home I got the Power Meter working again, but missed out most of this rides data. Rear wheel into the shop tomorrow to be true'd up, and need to get out more consistently again to get my CTL up.

Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
