Official start time was 6:32:42, and official ride time was 14:11:41. The Garmin was not recording for the first 1.3 miles (approx. 4 min.).
LOTS of stopped time at red lights this year. Seemed like a minute lost every signal I came to.
Rode solo all day, and at a low level of fitness due to inactivity. Cool weather, but some headwinds in the afternoon heading back from Bonsall to San Clemente slowed me down considerably.
Sort of a "tale of 2 rides":
I had been on what was for me a pretty good pace up until the lunch stop: 86.2 mi @ avg 17.2 mph w/ 5 hrs moving & 13.5 min stopped time (50.2'/mile;134.6 bpm avg).
BUT - thereafter, with more climbing and the headwind, the wheels came off, so to speak, and I was slow and was stopping too much. (106.7 miles @ 14 mph moving avg, w/ 57 min stopped time, not including the time at the lunch stop (65.5'/mi; 123 bmp avg).
The second "half" had more climbing, and there was the headwinds, but I attribute much of the difference to my current level of fitness and endurance, which has deteriorated with inactivity.
RWGPS estimated my moving time at 15 hours, so I was significantly better than THAT! LOL.

Notes re stopped time:
Changed to arm coolers at the lunch stop, and kept them on in spite of the cold after dark, particularly in Santiago Cyn. I still had to take multiple comfort stops for whatever reason, which add up, but - while I tried to limit my stopped time - it really piled up on this double century.
1st mini stop @ Dana Point (mile 38): 3.5 min (calories & refill CamelBak)
San Onofre stop (mile 52): 1.5 min (calories)
Lunch (mile 86): 16.5 min (Coke, sandwich, etc.; change arm covers; rest room)
Mini-stop off bike trail (mile 116): 1.2 min (calories)
San Onofre (mile 136): 10 min. (calories, but passed on chili)
In-n-Out (mile 153): 5 min. (comfort stop & refill CamelBak)
Mile 160: deployed headlight (4.5 min)
Last rest stop (mile 163): 10.3 min (porridge & Coke)
Mile 192: 5.5 min (Deployed headlamp in reverse as an emergency taillight (after David Slaten drove by and exclaimed that my taillight was out). 1 mile and 3.5 minutes from the finish! (Ridiculous!!!))
Total: 58 min (out of 1 hr 27 min total stopped time per RWGPS! :-O
I took 3 capsules of whatever "double strength" electrolytes they had at each SAG stop.
