4 x 4 mins + 1 x 3 mins / 4 mins RBI. Wattbike decided it didn't want to carry on in ERG mode at start of third interval, brief faff whilst working out what was going on. Wasn't sure I'd be able to complete session today. Tired from not being able to sleep until after 03.00 last night (no reason) Have been doing VO2 max intervals at over 170 Watts and 4 x 3 mins. Decided to change things up and did this session on WB Hub. Intervals aimed at 161 Watts but for 4 mins and extra 3 min interval for 5 mins. Tough but surprising that dropping 10/15 Watts made session much more doable. Also added 10 mins to Warm up as WB warm up too short as usual. Still in correct HR range though.
Worked hard at keeping breathing under control which may have helped with not feeling as distressed as previous recent VO2 efforts.
Also tried to keep to cadences set in WB App 95 rpm with last interval aiming for 100 rpm. Guess this is to keep HR as high as possible?

Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
