Cycle NC Hertford-Woodard 48 Miles 4-26-19

Seven. Big Northern loop with Tom. Day was supposed to be rainy but we hit it just right, opting for the middle distance and it couldn't have turned out better. Mostly sunny + warm and we skirted around several huge thunderstorms, finished without getting wet. Very windy but the route was great, with SSE winds @ 20+ mph. Only had about 12-14 miles directly into it. Great ride with two nice rest stops, including Rockyhock, which we rode through yesterday, just some beautiful farm scenery. Changed the wheels on the 7 to the Kojak slicks, which were perfect for the conditions. Did about 3/4 of the pulling, felt strong today.
