Checked the hourly forcast and the radar. No rain until 12 noon. Ok off by myself. About the 5 the wind is blowing and the leaves are coming down like snow. Beautiful. Reminds me of "The Falling Leaves" so this is stuck in my head all the rest of the way. Then I feel a few drops of rain and can't decide if I should go back or keep going. Decide to go on because the "weather" says no rain till noon. Wrong. It starts raining.. I go up to 558 cover my electronics and start back It starts to slow down and then when I get back to the 5 the rain picks up again. Then I can't get the bike to shift off high gear in the back. I know I can't get up home that way, so I stop at Donna's. Great time to stop, both JR and Brian are in there and no one else, so they put a new cable on my rear derailleur and I come home freezing. Now the sun is out and it is suppose to be storming. Go figure.
