After a two week break, a return to Hill Repeats.
Today Diane had a new regimen. On Rosecroft Blvd we are going to do something akin to sprint repeaters during basketball practice. You know like running to one line on the court and back, then run to the next line and back continuing until you ran the whole Court?
Yeah, that’s what We’re doing today on Rosecroft Blvd.
The first ten miles my mind was telling my body that I had asked for this. By mile 12 it was going along with the program.
I didn’t count how many times we did the climbing intervals. I left the counting with Diane, I was busy recovering for the next intervals.
We had Bock Road at the end.
Now that it’s over I have to say that it was a great workout.

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
