George Ganoung wrote Power-Tap on computrainer indoors TT bike. Did Super lactate intervals orginally scheduled for yesterday plus OLD and FCAD scheduled for yesterday. Super lactates were definitely the hardest workout I feel I have done in a while. Reminded me of doing 400s back when I ran track. I didn't feel good through first set and almost stopped in the middle of set 2 but then I found my rythym and actually the last 2 sets felt much better then first two. I think I was a little tired though as had a hard time getting my HR up. HR was in sub LT zone but power and PE was in LT or above. All intervals in aero bars except where noted (trying to do some power comparisons between upright and aero positions).
Cadence was broken as I have not gotten a cadence sensor for my TT bike yet with the new wirelss PT. ***

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
