TT or Turbo - Main Work: 10 x 1mins with 3mins recovery between each. 1st attempt at this for 2015. Found it hard work - as expected - but there are good reasons for that: (1) Change of bike geometry with the lowered front end (2) Following Rebecca's advice to start easy & ramp it up carefully so that at 30secs in I should be close to max power for the interval so then try to hold it. This "easier" build up will lower the overall power averages (3) Still carrying the after effects of my recent cold & (4) slightly different build up to this point, so not at the same place as this time last year. I'm happy with this & know I have work to do - but overall it was a very successful & instructional session.

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
