The day started with uncertain weather and an uncertain rendezvous as a little over half our riders went to the wrong parking lot. (How could over half be wrong?) We finally got together and set out about a half hour behind schedule. The weather stayed dry and we made our way up the first hill to the photo op. Then an exhilarating downhill into Quincy. Negotiating a few road closures we made our way to Quincy Shore Drive along the ocean. The stop at Marina Bay provided a pause and relief. The return leg took us both under and over the Hancock Street Bridge and onto the Neponset trail. We stopped again at the architecturally lovely trail bridge across the river. Finally from Mattapan we made our way to Unquity Road for the climb back to the cars. Riders were: Shlomit, Dave (Guest of George), George, Ken, Jane, Sue, Matt, Kelly, Jonathan, Joy, Heidi, Ruth, Lee. All riders did great on the hills!
