This ride was on teh Kurt Kinetic Road Machine Fluid Trainer, I forgot to change the settings to this and did 25 minutes with it set to the rollers. I was struggling to do what was supposed to me an easy to moderate workout. I stopped to make the setting change which certainly made it easier but the trainer is so much harder than the rollers in matching the power and speed curb. It seems the trainer is like riding up a 4-5 % grade or into at 15 mph wind. also 17 mph felt like what it would be to ride 20-21 mph. I did up the intensity because I wanted to get a at least 20 miles in. I also had to stop another time with 20 minutes to go to move the fan. This was a nice hard ride Riding near on my near current FTP.

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
