Fa26w4Fr Malden to Charlestown on ECG (Fa26)

We endured a continuous blustery headwind the whole ride, but the day warmed up to a very sunny 70°F with bright blue skies! EnJOYed the delicious scents of roasted coffee, fresh bread, and peanut butter. Quite a lot of construction & several detours, which will make a much better ride in a few years. The Rutherford rotary-from-Hell was actually manageable today, with less traffic likely because it was Friday before a long weekend.
Two group photos: With the Malden Joyriders sculpture & at the bells near the locks and Zakim Bridge... I told TWO people at the USS Constitution about the WELCOME sign with the Hebrew SDRAWKCAB. "If you see something, say something," Right?
It should read: ברוך הבא. Oy, how embarrassing for the US Gov't! 🤣
7 of us: Gail, Heather, Laurie, Gaille, Ruth, Tom & me
