The start of the ride was super windy and way colder than I thought it was going to be. Luckily, when it wasn't windy, it was pretty nice and warm.
I was early and tooling around taking photos on the way. I leaned my bike and as I stepped away, the wind gently tipped it over. I lunged to try and catch it and I think my left foot slipped on the concrete as I tried to push off towards the bike. And then somehow my right foot also slipped and I ended up falling down with both my knees bending inward.
It was not pleasant at all. I sat crossed legged trying to stretch my knees the other way. I was lucky not to tear anything or seriously injure myself.
The rest of the ride was very nice - very chill.
We ran into Alex Veloguiding at the Labyrinth and then Dana at Arsicault. Got to try some of his really yummy bread! 🤤
The insides of my knees are hurting a little post ride, especially the right one. 😢

Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
