First post-surgery ride. 6-weeks and 3 days after L4/5 Lami-Disc.
Yesterday, I picked up a friend's teenager in a goodbye hug, and realized that was not a good choice. All seemed okay, but today I thought I felt something vaguely. I almost skipped my ride today, but I was feeling really well.
I decided to give it a try, and it was good. Strength is decent. Not a long enough ride to warm up, nor test stamina. It felt very wimpy though.
This was on my mountain bike, so much more drag for the same speed. Very sweaty and huff-puff from the ride. Now, I rest, and see if I feel weird tomorrow.
Next PT day is on Tuesday, which is really turning into full-body strength training. I was supposed to go try out the gym today, but I don't think that's happening.

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
