Well I waited most of the day to ride even got ready to ride indoor. Every time I got ready to ride it started to rain. When the weather report said it was going to rain it didn't, when it said it would be dry it wasn't so I got busy with some paper work while it was dry, decided I would got out at 6pm weather report said it was going to rain around 6pm I didn't believe it, skies looked good so out I go. I get 1 mile skies got dark, real dark another .5 mile it started to rain real light, so I was hoping it would stop. Now I am 3 miles out and it started to really rain, needless to say it never stop during the entire ride, it got windy too. I made some minor changes to the training bike and race bike so that they would be as close to identical in set up with the training bike handle bar height being slightly higher saddle to crank distance and height are now identical saddle to handle bar is only 1/8" off. So now I should be using the same muscles groups between the two bikes. My legs were sore, flat and tired but I made them work I needed one ride that was a little hard before the race that would not wear me down and thought today was the perfect time. I want to get in a 60 miler tomorrow if the weather holds out.

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.
